Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Cairo and Giza takes 2-4 business days. Orders to other governorates may take 4-7 business days.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping fee is EGP 100 for all orders. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount — check our social media for current promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID in your order history. You can use this to monitor your delivery with the courier service.
