2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payment is required via the methods specified at checkout (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or Bank Transfer). Orders remain pending until payment is manually verified.

3. Cancellation

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting us through our social channels. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and brand identity, is the property of ZEN Local Brand and may not be used without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
